不要になった、もしくは余剰の素材を粉砕して綿から糸に戻す反毛の技術、これを応用して14番×14番の薄手のデニムを新たに開発しました。経糸は杢グレーの糸をロープ染色し、緯糸は杢グレーそのままの色で織りたてました。その心は60年代の海兵隊員用デニムの解析で、ジニングしきれない緯糸がややくすんでいたことにあります。ただ、製品をレプリカにすることなくフィルメランジェらしい味付け、組み合わせを手助けしてくれるような品番を作成しました。

Combination with Slightly uneven washable yarn and All needles techniques gives characteristic texture, which is impossible to design intentionally. This fabric is knitted based on the patterns so It means to reduce the fabric loss efficiently.
