These gentle, elusive birds have long inspired stories, art, and objects. My inspiration came from an owl depicted on an ancient Etruscan ceramic pot I saw in a museum in Parma, Italy. I transformed that image into a brooch, and in this workshop, we will create our own owl using fabric, wool, felt, and
