Germany, Hj. A 1939 National Trade Competition Victor’s Badge, Bronze Grade, By A.g. Tham consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac of Frome and London(Ehrenzeichen Kreissieger im Reichsberufswettkampf 1939). Constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, surrounding a white enameled disc overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a cogwheel insert with an enameled HJ insignia, the eagle flanked by a date of 1939 and topped by an inscription of KREISSIEGER, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire
