Each pitcher is handblown and, in our opinion, more rigorous and sturdy than most other carafes. It stands up well to the daily rigors of a coffee shop, including being run through a commercial dishwasher repeatedly. This carafe has a maximum capacity of 600 mL. We recommend brewing a maximum of 400mL of coffee in this carafe.
