This piece is part of a series using this ribbon design, dotted with daisy type flowers. Different versions have either gold or silver tone and sometimes have rhinestones in different colours. This example in the silver tone metal is very unusual but I don't know which birthday month this one was intended for. The necklace is in very good vintage condition,
