Both these pieces are beautifully engineered out of a blue or an orange colour galalith piece (type of early casein based plastic similar to bakelite) and beautiful shiny silver tone chrome. This simple and elegant design is the epitome of Art Deco chic. The brooches are both in very good vintage condition the photos show the minor, age related wear very well, so
