Which has no encryption, or protection of sending/receiving emails POP3 access is a Email technology that is 10 years out of date. IMAP has these protection(s). So are we to assume that the government is 10-20 years behind commercial/private resources? This would mean, +CainTech Services LLC 's Email server is 30-40 years ahead of the curve. Reason's being the connection is encrypted with Forward Secrecy (not an industry standard yet!) which protects encrypted emails on the server from tampering, and seeing content(s) with services like +Fail2Ban that blacklist bad behavior and DDOS attacks. As a note a few weeks ago there was 30,000 IP's of bad actors attacking our servers! So go figure, is government this incompetent?
