Russia, the land of Corruption or have not corruption?

So Since I am in Saint Petersburg right now. There was a major change in plans while I was in Pskov, when it was on the 5th day. Myself, and Artem (in Pskov) decided to register me.

Well, this is when the confusion or other begins. According to Pskov Immigration services, due to the fact I am on a Business Visa (to stay longer in Russia)

To Pskov, Immigration this is a no no. They claim, I can get a $250 fine (7,000) Rubles) and or face deportation. This all long run made my friend a bit nervous, as well as I so we decided for me to go to Saint Petersburg, so I could formulate a plan on how to deal with it.

However as funny as things might be. The moment in Saint Petersburg I attempt to register and it is approved, None the less, in 1 hour! While me, and Artem waited 2-3 hours in Pskov

I told what happened in Pskov, to what I was told whoever is in charge of Pskov migration has no clue what he is talking about, or what the law is.
Migration services as well as a friend that is a lawyer in moscow as well as others said it sounds very fishy.

To keep this in perspective, Pskov, immigration must think 99% of Russia is corrupt. Russia in turn thinks somehow Pskov is somehow corrupt.

So I went and im in Saint Petersburg, I am awaiting plans by friends in Moscow and Ufa

Then I will head back to Pskov till I go back to Riga or Tallinn. Also for my friend Aleks in Tallinn Email me if you are free in August.
