Tornado
Ricky Cain
The tornado swirls from a distance, as it swirls things are ripped from the ground like it was someone shoveling snow or digging in the ground. At a distance the things swirling around the funny appear to look like they only add to the tornados immensity. It is like ants swarming around something larger then they can fathom. As the immensity grows larger by getting closer, everything swirling around makes the tornado darker and bleaker by each second.
In the wake of the tornado’s aftermath only a few things seem clear. The earth is like a grounded chuck it’s broken up, and nearly none exist. Things that were, where they were. Are either split in half or not there anymore. The dirt also resembles something like ground chuck. Or if someone had an axe, and split wood in half. Then what is left is the result, of splintered earth. Parts of houses, tubes, other miscellaneous debris
As I am driving in the car from a distance, I see a darkened sky as I get closer. Hail and heavy rain drops start to pound the window shield. It gets more difficult to control the car as the wind scopes the edges of the car. This nearly makes the car veer off the road if it wasn’t being driven. As the car gets closer, the rain, and chaos stops. But a loud type of sucking whirling sound is heard all around.
